Looking forward to another week of insightful discussions. Keep the conversations going and support each other in your fashion journeys.
I block fittings, pulls, and returns in Google Calendar as all‑day events with simple emoji tags and a 24‑hour “return buffer” hold after each pull — because sample wrangling is Tetris with nicer fabrics. If the day starts slipping, I switch to a bare‑bones Notion board for live changes; “if it isn’t dated, it doesn’t exist.”.
Quick win from my shoots: I paste the PR’s return address at the top of each pull’s calendar event and set a 2 p.m. day-before reminder, since most couriers cut off then — it’s saved me from late fees. If you’re training “on-set styling assistants,” share the event so they can drop fitting notes in comments, but keep a private hold marker in case plans shift.
