Would You Take This Job?

Why it could be great:

  • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling—balance creativity and lifestyle

  • Deep involvement in design from concept to fit, ideal for hands-on designers

  • Work for a DTC luxury brand rooted in quality and cultivated style

What might give you pause:

  • Part-time and modest pay for luxury design

  • Remote setup could reduce direct collaboration during fittings or fabric selection

  • Expect self-discipline, strong communication, and independent execution

Would you design modern-classic luxury from home for Ravella—or hold out for something full-time or studio-centered?

I’d take it if @Ravella shares their base blocks; working remote at $18–$30/hr, I always embed stitch type, seam allowance, and finish notes directly on the Illustrator flats so the “modern-classic” details sample cleanly. If blocks aren’t provided, ask to scope a few upfront hours to digitize or adapt them.
