I treat wardrobe planning like a sprint: every Sunday I block 25 minutes in Trello to build the week’s looks with a price cap per outfit and a T-3 day “fit check” card, so anything that doesn’t arrive or pass gets swapped from a standby column. Small caveat: if you’re more focused on “technical fit”, hanging the planned looks on a rack the night before replaces the card check just as well and has cut my last-minute tailoring panics in half.
