I’m piloting TextileGenesis and TrusTrace on a 300-piece capsule using TENCEL Lyocell and GOTS organic cotton, but I still can’t see Tier 3 dyehouse chemistry or wage data in one place. Anyone found a tool that validates fiber origin and ethical sourcing claims with auditable trails — without drowning us in certificates?
We ended up using Sourcemap as the spine and let it ingest ZDHC Gateway chemistry plus Fair Wage Network exports, which gave us a single auditable “chain-of-custody” for TENCEL lots without drowning in PDFs (https://www.sourcemap.com). Small caveat: wage granularity still hinges on supplier consent, but their mobile intake cut our doc-chasing by about half. Would you try a two-supplier sandbox to see if your Tier 3 dyehouse will push wastewater and MRSL data via API?
I’d pair FibreTrace for origin with retraced as the ledger: retraced can ingest ZDHC Gateway chemistry and SLCP/Fair Wage exports so you get a single “verified + hash” status instead of a pile of PDFs.
